You will be a part of Boeing's Product Security Engineering Organization, which is a growing multi-disciplinary cybersecurity engineering organization that is responsible for the security and resiliency of our products, platforms, and services.
You will have multiple responsibilities across the life cycle of Boeing programs and products, including the design and development of next generation systems.
You will have the opportunity to shape and influence Product Security Engineering within Boeing and engage with Boeing's Product Security community.
Your efforts will directly inform our Enterprise Product Security Engineering team with lessons learned and technologies, that directly enhance our commercial and defense offerings.

Position
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, and sustainment of product security and resiliency engineering through requirements, design, analysis, build, test, production, operations, and support and sustainment.
Areas of work may include:
Utilization of threat modeling and cybersecurity risk assessments to inform future requirements surrounding cyber survivability of platforms against specified cyber threatsHelp define, develop, and enhance complex aircraft or major system architectures and interfacesPlan and execute aircraft and system integration, validation, and verification activities related to cybersecurity and resiliencyAct as a cybersecurity point of contact for supporting organizations that directly affect the development and deployment of aircraft systems.
Develop cybersecurity best practices and guidance processes for the lifecycle of program developmentWork closely with system and components suppliersCoordinate with customers, suppliers, and industry to identify risks and improve industry and regulatory security standards and requirements for programs and interfacing systemsUtilize a harmonized process of industry standards RTCA DO-326A/EUROCAE ED-202A and DO-356A/EUROCAE ED-203A to show compliance to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) and European Aviation Safety Agency (EASA) regulations related to airworthiness securityCreate cybersecurity engineering artifacts to meet applicable certification requirementsThis position is hybrid.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
