As a Call Center Representative/Customer Service at our luxury real estate auctions company, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and support.
Responsibilities:
Customer Support:
Provide outstanding customer service to clients through inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat.
Address client inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
Database Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the CRM system.
Document client interactions, issues, and resolutions for future reference.
Quality Assurance:
Adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards in all interactions with clients.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a professional and courteous demeanor.
Basic computer skills.
Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
