Act as the primary contact for construction program procedures and policiesCorrespond with upper management regarding goals and objectives of construction programsCarry out administrative tasks as required to facilitate an efficient working environmentOrganize and utilize hard copy and electronic file management systemsCommunicate and negotiate with clients, customers, and supervisorsEnsure business operations and efforts are always favorable to the business objectiveManage and expedite construction contractor Request for Information (RFI) inquiresManage and expedite construction contractor submittalsManage and track construction contractor design comments and responsesManage and distribute project construction drawings and documents to the Integrative Project Team (IPT)Provide budgetary support to the Project Manager (PM) through budget trackingCreate and manage project related requisitionsDocument and manage lessons learned and risk logsAnswer customer or client inquiriesPerform additional tasks as may be required by superiorsHere's what you'll need:
