Quality Practice Join a successful urgent care practice of over 100 employees Work out of a brand new office setting in either Birmingham or Huntsville Both offices opening in 2017 and we are recruiting a Team Lead for each office Work out of the first pediatric urgent care center in the state of AlabamaQuality of life Average less than 40 hours per week and never take your work home with you No after hours work, call, or responsibilities Work 7 out of every 14 days (5 days one week and 2 days the next week) Never work more than two 10-hour shifts in a rowHigh income $225,000 per year for these Team Lead positions Pick up additional shifts (paid up to $1,320 for each additional shift) Just one additional shift every two weeks would increase your income up to almost $260,000 Work less and earn far more than most outpatient pediatric positionsBenefits 401k with matching contributions, health insurance, liability insurance (tail included), CME expense account, paid time off and more Birmingham or Huntsville Your Choice (subject to availability)Birmingham largest city in the state with over 1.
