Position Overview:
Provide facility engineering support to MDA/DPF Facilities Engineering in support of Aegis Ashore (AA) as part of MDA MIDEASS Task Order.
Provide Aegis Ashore Romania and Poland Facilities and Configuration Management, and provide support for all MDA/DPF provided AA facilities.
Responsibilities:
- Facilities Engineering for the Aegis Ashore Facilities.
- Configuration Management Lead for the Aegis Ashore Facilities program.
- Support many of the Aegis Ashore IPTs and Working Groups in support of both the AA Facility Engineering and CM lead
- Support Facility Design Review/ Design Meetings
- Review facility designs, calculations, specifications, cost estimates, schedules, etc.
- Support in-process reviews and facility design progress meetings at the Aegis Ashore Design Center in DC.
- Provide Design and Construction Oversight Support.
- Support construction scheduling, contracting strategy, construction acquisition planning.
- Prepare weekly updates, attend staff meetings, and submit weekly action reports.
- Assist in support of the Aegis Ashore Romania and Poland Facilities Engineering efforts
- Provide occasional on-site rotational site support 6-8 weeks per rotation.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
-10
years' experience
-Proficiency in configuration management, facility design, site activation, participation in working group activities, use of Microsoft office tools
-Familiarity with Missile Defense Agency
-Bachelor's Degree; Engineering Major preferred
-Proof of US citizenship REQUIRED
-Secret clearance REQUIRED

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
