Job Description
Candidate will serve as an Acquisition Logistics Configuration Manager responsible to management of the Acquisition logistics program during the design, development, acquisition, testing, and deployment of the U.S. Army/Joint Systems under AR 700-127. Responsible for the overall development, implementation, and management of the Stinger Based Systems (SBS) Configuration Management (CM) and Data Management (DM) program to assure program objectives are met. Responsible for all SBS functions of the CMDS CM office and responsibility for maintaining a CM and DM process for all Stinger Based Systems. Plan, coordinate, and evaluate the CM efforts of contractor and government personnel to include product configuration identification documentation, status accounting, standardization, nomenclature, engineering release, implementation of change control procedures, and Defense Acquisition Regulation (DAR) 6. Maintain formal documented procedures for controlling all changes to configurations. Develop, manage, and evaluate CM audits. Duties require a working knowledge in technical documentation, standards, and interpreting specifications to meet SBS system needs, user requirements, and established policies and procedures. Serve as Chairman of the of the SBS Configuration Control Board (CCB). Serve as a member of numerous IPTs. Complexity of assignments is highlighted by multiple systems (Basic Stinger, Air-to-Air Stinger, Standard Vehicle Mounted Launcher (SVML), and Avenger) applications requiring parallel concerns for systems in operation and production along with a major product improvement program as well as a system in engineering development. Applications also involve considerations for not only prime contractor and second source and breakout procurements but also other components of the Armed Services (Air Force, Navy, Marine Corp) as well as Foreign Military Sales (FMS). Overall responsibilities require a broad knowledge of administrative and managerial planning, coordinating, review and evaluation of functions and processes; an in-depth knowledge of SBS and Configuration Management policies, regulations, and requirements, and a practical working knowledge of engineering. Identifies and establishes overall documentation requirement (baseline) which includes identifying the specifications, drawings, and associated documents which in turn define the precise configuration of parts/components. Prepares, reviews, and coordinates documentation input to Scopes of Work (SOW) and furnishes guidance and interpretation of documentation requirements in contracts. Reviews and determines the adequacy and accuracy of baselines as depicted in system specifications and in the Technical Data Package; the latter which is used for procurement and production. Reviews drawings to verify that they are the appropriate documents, meet requirements stated in the SOW, are prepared to the proper level, cite latest standards on dimension, tolerance, finishes, welding, etc. Assigned as an alternate Engineering Services Contract Data Requirements List approver. Familiarization with WINDCHILL is a plus. Candidate must have a Security Clearance and with a review within the last 5 years.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
