Landscape Account Manager


The Basic Function of the Account Manager is to lead, oversee and safely direct all of the maintenance department programs and services. This includes the active participation and direction over:
-Lead and direct field crews to safely complete all properties as per contract specifications, goals, budge to our standard of excellence.
-Train and instruct all fields crews in the company values. Training in the proper and safe operation of all vehicles, equipment, power tools and hand tools.
-Maintain communication with customers/clients in regard to all properties and their subsequent and required dates of execution. Leverage talents and leadership abilities to influence and persuade prompt service and delivery of sales commitments
-Estimate properties for maintenance agreements
-Propose and sell enhancements to existing clients
-Control cost of labor, material, supplies, and tools

?Desired Skills and Experience
Experience: 5 years of proven landscape service experience in various capacities
Skills: Must have strong management, organization and planning capabilities. This individual must be a leader and motivator, bringing integrity, fairness, concern for all involved and good judgment and decision making to the position. Must be able to communicate effectively with a wide range of employees , customers, and contacts. Must have a valid Drivers License. Must possess current Georgia Department of Agriculture License for Ornamental and Turf Applications.
Physical: Must be able to lift and move heavy objects in excess of 50 pounds. Must be capable of standing, sitting and walking in order to conduct business
Mental: Must have good math ability and be capable of reading site plans and blue prints. Horticulture background or degree is a plus!Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
