This position is located in Hunsville, AL
We are currently seeking Team Member Relations for our Human Resources department.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
TM support/concern resolution management.
Executive Round Table Forum Facilitation.
Shokuba Junkai - effective Daily Management (include weekly/monthly reports).
Facilitate corrective action discussions.
Peer Review facilitation.
Team Building activities.
New hire orientation training.
HR visual management.
Management of Policy Consistency and Adherence (audits).
HR5 facilitation (policy refresher training for AM's and GL's.
TMMAL/Variable workforce policy alignment discussion facilitation.
Support of GL's for Policy Interpretation.
TEMA support for NAM Policy Management.
Regional working group participation/support.
TEMA and TMMAL Hoshin projects.
Policy, attendance and HR compliance audits.
Non-exempt performance evaluations.
TMR KPI's.
Completion of policy infraction investigations.
Corrective Action Level Recommendations.
Documentations of investigations (w/ legal concurrence of decision as needed).
Facilitation of corrective action TM meeting with Section Management.
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor degree is preferred
Progressive Human Resources experience or relevant job related experience.
Ability to manage multiple daily work/projects assignment with minimal supervision.
Ability to work at least 10% overtime as required.
Preferred
Toyota Manufacturing Experience
Toyota Manufacturing Supervisory Experience
5-10% TravelEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
