Associate Business Analyst

Position Summary and Responsibilities
The Associate Business Analyst works closely with the Program Manager to establish, track, report, and forecast all facets of assigned programs.
Other responsibilities include:
Track spending, inventory, revenue, fee recognition, and other elements required.
Provide recommendations to Project Management and Project Leads on cost savings, strategy and process efficiencies.
Ensure that the reporting requirements for both internal and external customers are in compliance with company procedures and Federal Regulations such as FAR, DFAR, etc.
Complete other requirements such as cost management, budget development and analyses, financial estimating, configuration management and proposal support.
Report status of Orders, Sales, Income and Funds Flow with appropriate variance analysis and take appropriate actions to achieve business commitments.
Manage cost proposals and support request.
Qualifications
Education and
Experience:
Requires a B.S. degree, generally in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance or an equivalent field. Persons holding a B.S. degree with a basic knowledge of business administration may be classified as an Associate Business Analyst without prior experience.
