Experience:
In order to qualify based on experience your resume must describe, at least one year of specialized experience at the NH-03 (GS-13 equivalent) level in the Federal Service that includes the ability to:
(1) Demonstrates experience in Acquisition Life Cycle Management. (2) Provide overall direction for all aspects of acquisition to include development, testing, system integration, production, fielding, sustainment, and product improvements with a multi-million dollar annual budget. (3) Apply a high degree of managerial and technical knowledge as well as a thorough knowledge of functional activities and the defense acquisition process required for effective management of assigned programs. (4) Identify training needs, find ways to improve production and promote team building, recommends awards, and develops performance standards. (5) Develop a comprehensive time-phased and budgeted program designed to meet mission requirements based on analysis and evaluation of current programs schedule, budget, and performance objectives. The definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service NH-03 or (GS-13) equivalent. All Current Federal Employees MUST attach a current SF-50 for consideration. Without a SF-50, your application will be considered incomplete. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
