Experience:
one year of specialized experience in performing and coordinating a wide variety of Civilian Human Resources and management functions to include:
recruitment, staffing, classification. Prepare and monitor Request for Personnel Actions (RPAs). Provide detailed analysis and recommendations for improvement in the utilization of human/manpower resources to meet current and/or new missions. Perform actions required to manage and monitor manpower authorizations for military and civilian strength. Provide support in the sustainment of the Acquisition Demo Program. Input employee's training completions in Total Employee Development (TED).This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (NH-2/GS-11). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted. The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
