Experience:
GS-12 - One year of specialized experience which includes the implementation or oversight of safety and health requirements on a construction, or renovation site with training in contract management to including proposal evaluations, input into CPARS (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System) and/or input into scope of work documents This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-11). GS-13 - One year of specialized experience which includes the implementation or oversight of safety and health requirements on a construction or renovation site and reviewing and commenting on contract documents such as; scopes of work, contractor proposals and/or CPARs (Contractor Performance Assessment Reporting System). This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-12). You will be evaluated on the basis of your level of competency in the following areas:

Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-11 for GS-12 level) (GS-12 for GS-13 level). Some federal jobs allow you to substitute your education for the required experience in order to qualify. For this job, you must meet the qualification requirement using experience alone--no substitution of education for experience is permitted.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
