Material Readiness Training Division - Subject Matter Expert Instructor at Delta Solutions and Strategies Huntsville, AL
Delta Solutions and Strategies is seeking a SME Instructor to join us in support of the Material Readiness Training Division at Redstone Arsenal, AL.
The highly skilled and motivated SME will join a high-performance team to develop and provide globally responsive materiel readiness training to enable Army Logisticians to conduct the full range of military operations.
Responsibilities:
The Senior SME Instructor will provide excellent in-person training on logistic tools and capabilities in support of Army Readiness.
Develop training following the Analyze, Design, Develop, Implement and Evaluate (ADDIE) process to create content, develop courses, and build training material.
Be knowledgeable in the Blackboard Learning Management System (LMS) in order to develop course content and use the features and capabilities within Blackboard to complement and enhance training events.
Applications supported, but not limited to include:
Army Enterprise System Integration Program (AESIP), Nonstandard Line Item Number (NSLIN), Lead Material Integrator (LMI) Decision Support Tool (DST) Execution Tracker, Army Readiness Common Operating Picture (AR-COP), Logistics Product Data Store (LPDS), Cost Analysis Strategy Assessment (CASA), Global Combat Support System-Army (GCSS-Army), Expert Authorized Stockade List (ExASL), and Sets, Kits, Outfits and Tools (SKOT).
Required Skills and
Experience:
Knowledge and familiarization with Army Readiness tools and capabilitiesAn understanding of the Army logistics process with hands-on experience using logistics management tools (eg.
DST, DPAS, and DODAAC UIC) within the Army inventoryExperience working with and creating Blackboard training events requiredExperience working with Confluence and Remedy highly desiredA background in training development; to include Training Support Package (TSPs) and interact multi-media instruction (IMI) creationYears of experience required23 years of experience with no degreeAssociates and 21 years of experienceBachelors Degree and 19 years of experienceMasters Degree and 15 years of experienceProficient with MS Office suite of software, with emphasis on ExcelStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to execute independently with little oversiteMust possess DoD Secret Security ClearanceU.
