Responsibilities to include, but not limited to:
Providing scientific guidance and technical expertise for biological assessment of DNA vaccine safety and efficacy to the cross functional platform teamDeveloping in vitro assays (e.
g.
immunoassay, ELISA, FACS, ELISPOT) using primary and cultured mammalian cells to support in vitro and ex vivo experimentsIgG evaluation, T-cells analysis, neutralizing antibody assayOptimizing in vitro assays for improved performance, capacity, turnaround time, and efficiencyClosely collaborating with members of the Pre-clinical teamAccountability for strategy, execution, interpretation, communication of results, and follow-up assessmentJob RequirementsEducation and
Experience:

D.
Immunology or equivalent field industry and/or academic experience developing and executing cellular screening assaysHands on experience with diverse mammalian cultured and primary cell models, preferably with handling of mouse sera, mouse splenocytes, and hPBMCSkills:
Ability to use Flow Cytometry and instrument for ELISAAbility to use Flow Jo, Prism and ExcelExcellent interpersonal, organizational, and collaborative skills, attentive to detail, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively with a multifunctional teamExpertise in immunoassays, flow cytometry, antibodies evaluation and neutralization assayMolecular biology, including plasmid constructionCell cultureKey Competencies:

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
